This is a very special litter to us as it will be the fourth generation of puppies from my Obedience Trial Champion, Fire.  She is one of my foundation girls, from my obedience line.  What we have attempted to do is not only have smart Goldens but have crossed that line over into the conformation sector.  We started that with Fire’s daughter Skip when we bred her to Ch. Nick.  This combination produced our Story.  Story was bred to Ch. Bentley and produced our Wendell.  Wendell is the Sire of the Fire Litter.  He has several conformation points and has a Major Reserve to his credit.  Wendell will be hitting the show ring hard this next year, to garner more championship points.  Wendell is cleared for hips, heart and eyes.  Wendell suffered an elbow injury at the age of 5 months.  This injury impacted his elbow clearance for that elbow.  After seeking a second opinion with two additional veterinarians, we have decided to add Wendell to our breeding program.  We feel he has great things to offer the Golden Retriever breed.
